Our newest Guesthaus is now available for booking. It is
located at 208 E. Morse St., only a few blocks from Main St. This Guesthaus has two bedrooms with queen size
beds and a loft with two twin beds, accommodating up to six guest. It has two full baths and a full kitchen.

We
offer a complimentary Newspaper, Cable TV, DVD, Stereo, Phone, Iron & Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, Refrigerator, Microwave,
Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, and Dishes for your convenience. The Guesthouse has central heat & air.
Rates
To book on-line, click on the reservation link to the left or
below. Select your dates to check availability and then select Aunt Elizabeth's Guesthaus. Rates are $149 per night plus tax for two people and $15 additional per night per person up to six people total.
There is a two night minimum on Friday and Saturdays.
We give a $5.00 coupon to Fredericksburg Ice Cream
Parlor for each person staying with us instead of providing breakfast.
In consideration of all of
our guest, smoking is permitted outside only. If smoking is detected in the Guesthouse there will be a $200
cleaning fee charged to your credit card.
No Pets Please.
Please cancel seven(7)
days prior to your stay to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
