Willkommen to our Historic Tin Sunday House. Built in the late 1800's,
our Guesthouse has old country charm with modern amenities.
The Guesthouse is on a secluded 3/4 of an acre on Baron's Creek in the Heart of Fredericksburg, Texas. It is
only 2 1/2 blocks from Main Street, so you can easily walk to the many shops, restaurants, museums, and Herb Farm. Sit
on the front or back porch and look at the large Pecan and Cypress trees, or relax in the Hot Tub. The guesthouse is perfect
for a week-long vacation, weekend getaways, writer's retreats or house-hunting visits. The furnishings include several Antique pieces from our family collection. When you
sit in the gold chair in the living room, you will be sitting in a chair that President Lyndon B. Johnson sat in when he and
Lady Bird frequently visited an aunt and uncle of the owners. The Guesthouse features one bedroom, kitchen, living room,
bath with clawfoot tub/hand held shower. After you have had a long relaxing bath, curl up on the sofa and read a book
or select a movie for the VCR or DVD. The host is offsite, so you have complete privacy....

Amenities
The Guesthouse sleeps 2 (Queen
Bed). We offer a complimentary Newspaper, Cable TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo, Phone, Iron & Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, Refrigerator,
Microwave, Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, and Dishes for your convenience. The Guesthouse has central heat & air.
A private Hot Tub is located off of the back porch.
Room Rates
These rates could vary,
so it is always a good idea to confirm the rates when making your reservations on-line.
$139.00 per night, minimum
two night stay.
We give a $5.00 coupon to Fredericksburg Ice Cream Parlor for each person
staying with us instead of providing breakfast.
In consideration of all of our guest, smoking is permitted outside
only. If smoking is detected in the Guesthouse there will be a $200 cleaning fee charged to your
credit card.
No Pets Please.
Please cancel seven(7) days prior to your stay to avoid
a 50% cancellation fee.
